$800 · Roommate Wanted in Large Townhouse

Two female roomates looking for another roommate in a large townhouse near Maffeo Sutton Park starting February 1st. You will have your own private unfurnished bedroom with full ensuite, sliding glass door to patio and large closet with a floor in between our rooms. Kitchen, laundry and living room shared. All utilities included in the price of $800/month. You must like dogs as I have a medium dog, but unfortunately there is only one pet allowed so you cannot bring your own.
