Hello Potential Roomie! I am looking for a couple roommates to share a beautiful upper suite with. It has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a huge kitchen, laundry, large fenced yard with a storage shed and a nice raised deck area. Lots of parking on site and a nice view of the ocean from the living room and kitchen. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood close to Pipers Lagoon. There is a bus stop just down the road in case you don't have a car. The landlords live in the suite below. They are awesome. The two rooms available are: 1. $675 - Larger Room - Can fit a king with a bunch of other furniture 2. $600 - Smaller bedroom, but still large enough to fit a queen and a dresser. These prices include internet and all utilities, but I am looking for energy conscious people. I am a 31 year old female. I just moved here from Victoria and after I finish getting settled, will not be home much. I work during the day at VIHA and am working towards becoming a dog trainer. I am often out either working my dog or hiking with him. If you are a hiker, big bonus as we always love to have company when we go out exploring :) I enjoy board games and am just getting back into yoga/running as well. I am not a partier or smoker and would prefer roommates who are the same. I do have a 30lbs mini aussie and an indoor cat. Both are very friendly and will love you to death if you want them to. No other pets at this time. The rooms would suite people with a full time job or mature students. Rooms are available immediately..
