Looking for respectful, mature students or young professionals to share a spacious 6-bedroom house located in South Nanaimo. The house has three rooms available for rent and is a 5-minute drive or 25 minute walk from Vancouver Island University. The house has two full washrooms with showers as well as one half bath. There is a large shared kitchen, two fridges, two sinks, chest freezer and plenty of cupboard and counter space. As well, it has two shared large common areas with basic furnishing (two armchairs and dining room table) along with a deck and large backyard. There is lots of room for parking in the driveway and on the side of the road. Clothes washer and dryer onsite. Rooms are unfurnished. Only one of the three rooms is shown in the pictures but all are similar in size and appearance. No smoking on property, no partying. 1 room is somewhat larger and rents for $600 (utilities included) per month. 2 somewhat smaller rooms rent for $550 per month (utilities included).
