Searching for a professional/student for a beautiful furnished House!

Hi there, I am a 25-yr-old RN, moving to Nanaimo to begin work at NRGH August 1st! I am searching for a clean/quiet roommate, to share a house I am already renting w (my roommate fell through). It is located in North Nanaimo, is completely furnished, open-concept and cozy!! I have a 1-yr-old GSD so I am searching for somebody who likes dogs. Must be quiet/no parties (having friends over can be negotiated depending on schedule, of course) etc as I work shift work! Photo of my dog Chloe for attention! If interested, we can set something up to talk on the phone! I have videos of the house- it's beautiful! You would have your own/full bathroom. Yard work etc is maintained as it is a strata! Male or female does not matter to me. Move in for August 1st. $900 for your half, and split utilities. Thanks!
