Seeking Partner For Horror Game Start-up

I want to start a video game development company focused around psychological and survival horror. I am looking for someone to partner with to take this on with for a share in the company. I am looking for someone who either has coding or writing experience. A creative/ambitious person who keeps up to date with all the gaming news. Here is a little bit about me: I am 23 and live in the Cowichan Valley. My favourite games in that genre are Amnesia: The Dark Descent, Outlast, the Silent Hill series, and many more. I play almost all genres though. My strengths lie in seeing the big picture and I am also great with small details but sometime I don't know what smaller steps to take to achieve that vision. I also love problem solving. This is a long-term plan with a goal of changing the industry.
