Two female roomates looking for another roommate in a large townhouse near Maffeo Sutton Park starting Feb. 15th or March 1st depending on the right person. You will have your own private unfurnished bedroom with full ensuite and large closet with a floor in between our rooms. Kitchen, laundry and living room shared. All utilities included in the price of $800/month. You must like dogs as I have a medium dog, but unfortunately there is only one pet allowed so you cannot bring your own.
