Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor. The Shipping Technician will be responsible for the functions required to fulfill patient orders for shipment and to support the preparation of all other shipments. Role and Responsibilities Responsible for handling of shipping transactions of finished and packaged goods Order processing including verification, picking, and boxing of packaged product to be shipped Confirm and restock the Store with newly released product Utilizing ERP System to maintain records of product movement and accuracy Working with Inventory personnel to maintain accurate inventory throughout Working with Patient Service Representatives to troubleshoot any issues that arise Maintain adequate shipping supplies for all shipments Must take direction and adhere to all company policies & SOP?s Other duties assigned as related to Shipping Qualifications Strong attention to detail Basic computer skills are required Previous shipping experience is an asset Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
