Skilled Tradespeople

Hi, my name is Mike Youden and I operate MGY Construction and CSky Professional Skylight Solutions www.skylightsolutions.ca I am in search of another ME! I need people... · with LOTS of experience in Renovations and Carpentry · MUST be comfortable on roofs and ladders! · who CARES about their work and who can demonstrate this every day · who enjoys creative solutions to unusual challenges · who loves to learn · who shows up EVERY day ready to go have fun and dazzle the customers · who does not need to be babysat · who has his/her own transportation We work for restoration companies, insurance companies and the general public. Sometimes we have small repairs to do, sometimes we have rebuilds. I take on work as I have skilled people to handle it. This spring is about to get very busy repairing trusses and roofs from the wind storm in December. There will be framing, roofing and then interiors. Need men and women who love variety and have the skills to make it happen. Work is primarily in Nanaimo but jobs come up from Duncan to Quallicum so you must have a vehicle. Ability to carry a ladder and materials is a HUGE asset but not necessary.
