$700 · Student looking for a shared or single room rental

Hi, I'm a 19 year old male student looking for a shared or single accommodation from September 2019 to at least April 2020 (Would be willing to start renting in the summer if needed and the longer the rental, the better) somewhere in Nanaimo. In house laundry and a kitchen is a must. Would be willing to pay $700 + if Hydro and internet is included, otherwise $600-$650 if hydro isn't included. I'm a pretty quite guy who doesn't smoke or drink regularly so you'll barley notice me.
