Tax Season Collator / Administrative Assistant

Fast-paced CPA firm looking for a temporary full time experienced employee to join our administration team as a tax season collator / administrative assistant in January 2019. This position will be offered until June 2019. At which time the office work load will be reviewed to determine whether or not the term can be extended further. You possess excellent administrative skills, are detailed oriented, are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and are excellent at multi tasking. The job responsibilities include, but not limited to are: performing general clerical duties to include photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing and emailing, etc. all aspects of collating personal and corporate tax returns handling highly confidential and time-sensitive materials. composing accurate and professionally written communication You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative position, preferably in a CPA or accounting firm. In addition, you should be able to work under the pressure of deadlines and have a sense of urgency. You bring a positive and professional demeanor and are able to work independently.
