$1,800 · WANTED: a house in between nanoose and bowser thats pet friendly

Hi there, I am a responsible Father to an awesome 5 year old girl. We have a well behaved black lab & are looking for a place that would suit us better than our current place. Ideally a place between bowser & nanoose bay. As I work in Qualicum beach as an arborist. I would be happy to take care of any hedges, fruit trees. Or any trees around the property. Or any other properties you own to help out. I am 27 years old, and went to school for graphic design & web development. But after 6 years I realized I had no time for my daughter. So I changed careers and love what I do. I am never late on rent, I don't drink or party. I would love to find a place on an acreage and would sacrifice indoor space for outdoor space. Or the other way around if in town. I'm pretty handy and can help out with repairs to an extent. My top price would be 1800 a month with utilities. I can give you references or whatever you need. I am currently in a house and would need to give a bit of notice, aswell before moving out of any house I like to deep clean & repaint. So a move in date 6 weeks to 2 months would be ideal.
