$1,400 · WANTED: 2 bedroom home for quiet professional couple. Feb15th

Hello! My name is Victoria. My partner and I are looking for a new place to call home! We currently live in victoria city and are looking to move to Nanaimo for February 15th! We are both hard workers, and very quiet and polite. My partner is a mechanic, and I am going to be going back to school in Nanaimo for welding. (I was previously a mechanic/service advisor in the past). We are looking for a two bedroom, with at least one bathroom. Ideally we would like somewhere around 1200$-1250$ but we can go up to $1400 if basic utilities are included. We almost never have any company over. And when we do they are gone before 9pm as we work 8-5 Monday to Friday type jobs. We never party or do drugs. We have lived in our current home for the last two years and have a fabulous relationship with our landlord. Unfortunately we want something a bit bigger now and want to move out of victoria city. (Otherwise we would probably never move aha). We like staying places long term and building good relationships with our landlords! We do not currently have any cats or dogs but I want to rescue a cat in the future! We do however have REPTILES!! I know most of you must be cringing already. But they are fantastic pets. They make no mess, there is no smell, they don't make any noise at all and are all very gentle loving pets. We have a bearded dragon and geckos and snakes! The bearded dragon does have lights that are on during the day but our landlords said they never noticed an increase in utilities. (We are willing to pay a bit extra if need be!). Lastly, snakes, may sound scary but they are all small, and in escape proof cages. We don't let anything free roam. And no they won't eat your cats or dogs! They are small and couldn't even if they wanted to! Reptiles are a very important part of my life and a huge passion for me! I'm working to one day be a reptile educator for kids and families everywhere! I would trust these pets with my life and they are fantastic, no mess, no noise, no damage pets!
