ISO 3 bedroom+ December 1st $1600 - $2500 depending on utilities. We've just been informed that the sale on the home we rent has been finalized so we will be looking for a rental for December 1st. We have lived in the same place for 12 years. I have put a lot of work into this home, and thousands into the yard. We care for any home as if it is our own. We come with very good references, renters insurance, telus home security. We have our own washer and dryer, carpet cleaner, pressure washer, lawn mower, etc., so the yard and home will always be well maintained. You can come meet our family, see how we live, and how we have kept this home over the last 12+ years. The yard has been a labor of love and leaving it is going to break my heart. We have 2 girls age 10 and 12 who are very well behaved. We have a chinchilla and some fish but we can rehome the fish. We will rehome the chinchilla if necessary but would prefer not to as he is a rescue. We have been active members of our community through our local school and our neighborhood watch group and are lifetime residents of Nanaimo. We are looking for a 3 bedroom+ with space for me to do my art and hopefully some kind of yard because I love to garden.
