$123 · WANTED: Do you have an unused dock on your land?

Hi there, and thanks for checking out my ad. I am a liveaboard who really enjoys life on the water, however I would really like to opt to become more self-sustainable and require a little land to do so. I am looking for someone with a property that has a dock on it that is unused and has a small amount of space on their land as well that I could use for homesteading they would be willing to rent or lease to me. I would also love to opportunity to do a work trade for part or all of the payment for use of the land, and would gladly share any food/goods I use the land to produce. I am willing to consider any property on or surrounding Vancouver Island. I am a very clean person with a zest for life and a love for the environment. I would love to find landlords with a similiar green lifestyle. Aa a bonus, I also have a fabulous four-legged first mate (my dog) who makes an amazing addition to any property.
