$8,000 · WANTED: WANTED: trade my bike for a micro truck

Looking to trade my bike for a micro truck. Customized 2006 Buell XB9Sx, "CityX". One owner, no accidents, clean BC reg. & title. 984cc air / oil cooled, 5 speed, belt drive. Factory ordered with the Ulysses (adventure bike) front fender set, heavy duty Ulysses wheels, and select seat. I had to wait 4 months for it to come in, and this bike was never even on the showroom floor. Has Fully adjustable suspension ( preload, compression, and rebound damping) front and rear, and is a VERY comfortable bike to ride. $6500 on custom built, balanced, and blueprinted engine, following the recipe for a works race bike: high comp pistons, high performance cams, high volume oil pump, bigger injectors, air-box was flowed, and exhaust baffles reworked. Spent an additional $4500 on reprogramming, and dyno tuning the reworked engine ... 108HP, and 106 ft.lbs @ the wheel, in a ~420 lb bike. It's fast, runs smoothly, and is dead reliable. Recent oil change, brakes are 85%, new final drive belt and battery this spring, New mirrors, LED signals fall 2019 and currently installing HID headlights. Front tire is good ( ~70% tread), but rear will need replacing right away as 'test pilots' seem to have been eating it rather quickly.(possibly willing to haggle over that, depending on expectations) Comes with light weight cover, Oxford luggage, original owner's manual, factory service manual, factory parts manual, IBM laptop, with tuning and maintenance software plus cables: everything but the tools required to maintain it. This is a turn-key professionally built performance bike that's ready to go. perfect commuter, or weekend toy. I'm into it for over $25k total investment, and it has less than 25,000km on the performance build. Long term illness is eating my joints (knees and shoulders) so I cant really ride any more. let me know ... I work as a gardener / groundskeeper, and what I do need is a small truck to run around on Salt Spring. Would prefer a Sambar, or Acty, but willing to consider others.
