Responsible, respectful and friendly mom and adult son looking for long term rental in Nanaimo either a duplex, cottage, or ground level suite with sound barrier. The dwelling should be pet friendly as we have an older, well behaved cat of 12 who is also part of our family. There should be ample parking and possibly (but not necessary) a carport/garage as I own 3 vehicles, 2 of which are classics (one a project car-1966). Unit must be on own meter. I am full time employed, mature and we've always paid our rent on time or early. We also have a mower and yard tools to maintain the yard. Please contact if we sound like a good fit for your rental.
