$1,600 · WANTED: place to live for small family

We are a small family (2 adults, a 5 year old and a 3 month old) looking for a place to live! The only reason why we are moving is because our bathroom in our apartment suffered water damage and our strata told us we may have to be out for 4 or 5 months. Seeing as we have kids, we prefer to have a stable place to live so that's why we are looking to move. We do not smoke and we do not party. We are pretty laid back people. Please let me know if you have something for us! We are looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom and the most we can afford is $1600. Anywhere from Nanaimo to Duncan. Thanks!!
