Professional working couple looking for a long term rental , Will be looking for October , we have a 4-5 year contract here , looking for anywhere between North Nanaimo , and Duncan . would prefer a low maintenance yard , as between work and travel we do not spend a lot of extra time at home . Looking for a long term lease min 2 years , would be great to find longer . We have great references , non smokers , non partiers , will need 2 parking spots , and an option for us to install an electric vehicle charger .
