Wanted: Working student looking for room to rent for Sept - Apr or June

Hi, I'm looking for a room to rent near VIU, preferably no more than 15 mins by bus. I don't smoke, drink, party, or do drugs, but I wouldn't mind living with someone who smokes outdoors or drinks occasionally/ responsibly. I'd love to rent a room in a quiet, clean, and strictly drug-free (not even marijuana as I can't stand the smell) home with female tenants only. I am respectful, mature and quiet. I also won't have guests over often (maybe once every few months for no more than 1-2 hours). I lived in my previous rental for 3 years before I moved. I'll be working and going to school this September. Please let me know if you have something available or if you think I'd be a suitable housemate. Thank you.
