$123,456 · Wanting to Buy...Home in Qualicum or Parksville Area

We presently own a 1500 sq. ft. Patio home, fairly valued at $530,000, on it's own lot in the Oceanside development of the Eaglecrest area of Qualicum Beach. We are wanting to purchase a similar home, fairly valued at not more than $750,000, with a larger sunny lot in a quiet area of Qualicum or Parksville not more than 1 km. from the ocean. Ideally we would like to do a trade with a homeowner looking to downsize, but we can easily do an outright purchase. We are not interested in selling our existing home unless we have contracted to replace it with an alternate home in this area. Thanks in advance for your consideration.
