We are wanting to purchase a home, fairly valued at not more than $800,000, with a sunny back yard in a quiet area of Qualicum or Parksville not more than 1 km. from the ocean. We presently own a 1500 sq. ft. Patio home, fairly valued at $590,000 on it's own lot in the Oceanside development of the Eaglecrest area of Qualicum Beach that we could arrange as a trade with someone wanting to downsize. We are not interested in selling our existing home unless we have contracted to replace it with an alternate home in this area.
