need shrubs

I have had the misfortune to live next to a someone who uses herbicide. I have lost 9 mock orange ,4 azaleas 2 rhododendrons a magnolia and a wisteria I am heart broken I am looking for plants to replace them but only from kind folks who don't want their plants or are splitting their shrubs to thin out their garden. I just can't afford to replace my losses. Any shrubs will be appreciated even when springtime arrives. Any will be appreciated.
