$1,300 · responsible,clean,working,longterm,3bedrooms

I'm a mother of two sons, one lives with me full time and my other son is every other week. We are looking for a 2-3 bedroom (preferably 3) place. I would prefer an upper if a suite or a bright basement would be ok. I work full time, my kids are busy playing a bunch of sports. They are 12&9. We are busy people and hardly around. We are quiet, clean and responsible. I have worked at my job for 11+ years. I'm Only moving from my current place I'm at now due to the landlord wanting to move back into the unit. I could possibly move out sooner if I've found the right place but she has graciously given me until February 1st. I can pay about $1300-$1500 a month or more if utilities are included. I am looking for long term so maybe if you are looking to ask for more then that but wanting an excellent, clean, quiet tenant for long term maybe we can figure something out! South end/jingle pot area would be ideal for my children's school but I'm flexible for the right place! Please EMAIL me with your listing!
