Mid-Island Fence Products Ltd. a division of Tower Fence Products Ltd. is currently seeking a part receptionist/administrative assistant to join our front office team at our Nanaimo branch. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent customer relations skills to support our fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities * Answering phones and greeting walk-in customers * Scheduling site visit meetings and appointments and preparing site meeting and appointment forms * Processing mail * Filing * Monitoring accounts payables and receivables * Invoicing Cash Sales and Project Sales * Various clerical and administrative duties and tasks, as assigned. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience: * Excellent interpersonal communication both verbally and written. * Strong attitude with a focus on customer service * Experience with MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook * Knowledge of basic office equipment such as photocopier, scanner, etc. * Courteous, helpful, professional and above all patience.
