Brewick  Position: Reception/ Office Admin Assistant Hours of Work: As Needed. Must have flexible availability Start Date: As Soon As Possible Locations: Nanaimo, Parksville and Qualicum Beach Duties: Reporting directly to the Office Manager, the Office Admin Assistant/Receptionist provides reception and general office duties and maintains efficient operations of the front office. Communicates and provides exceptional customer service to residents, staff and the public in a professional and courteous manner. Ensures compliance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act as it pertains to the management of personal and confidential information. Coordinates all moves in/out documents, provides monthly billing information, maintain resident files, maintain petty cash fund and process staff and guest meal purchases. This position books appointments for the Administrator and Marketing Coordinator and arranges select services for residents such as dry cleaning and transportation booking when requested.
