We have been serving Vancouver Island and Gulf Islands residents since 1978 and have a team of 70 plus fantastic people who believe in one another and help each other. We’re looking for full-time Junior Window Installers to join our Nanaimo installation team. Experience is preferred. Reliability and a positive attitude are requirements. Qualifications -valid BC Driver’s License in good standing -solid knowledge of materials handling and construction site safety is important -experience placing, securing, and climbing ladders and scaffolding in a safe manner -willingness to take instruction and receive constructive feedback -ability and willingness to follow standard operating procedures -ability to deal effectively with the public in a pleasant and courteous manner Important Note: as a matter of personal and public safety no fear of heights is tolerable Wage is based on experience, generally starting $22.00/hour. We offer 6 paid sick days to start with no waiting period. Daily work hours can vary depending on the project and scope of work, and work days normally run Monday to Friday but overtime and weekend work is sometimes necessary If you think you're a candidate, please apply.
