Care & Company has expanded to the mid-Island and is seeking motivated and compassionate individuals to join our team! Do you wish you had a better work/life balance? Are you feeling burnt out in your current job or perhaps work within the health care system and need a change? What is different about our Company? Shifts are 2 hrs minimum so you get a chance to connect with your clients. We offer consistent scheduling so your schedule remains the same each week which allows you to better plan your life. We also offer wellness services including benefits, dental and paid counselling so our staff stay well. We also offer in house training so no experience is necessary. Wages range from $19-25 We are currently hiring for companion, caregiver, care aide & live-in positions. Who is best suited for the position? Someone who is: Friendly and personable Able to work well independently as you're out in the community Able to communicate and carry on a conversation well with Seniors Experience with Dementia and Alzheimer’s an asset Able to take direction and think outside the box Requirements: First Aid/CPR Level C Clean criminal record check BC Drivers License/Car – an asset
