Job Description: This lead/technician position will represent Thrive Landscapes in the field, assisting in the successful completion of landscape construction projects. Independent Lead Hands reports directly to Estimator/Project Manager: Landscape Construction, and often manages a small crew, working under minimal supervision. This roll is especially suited for those who desire a challenge and crave advancement. The person in this roll will have experience installing walls systems, (Allen bloc, timber etc.), pavers, boarders (Bender Board), form-work, fencing, tree planting, lay accurate base & materials grading, lay sod and other construction related skills. operate skid-steer & excavator.
