Adrian's RV Repairs is hiring a customer service specialist with excellent customer service skills, and a working knowledge of RV parts and accessories. This is a daytime, Monday to Friday role. No weekends or holidays! We are looking for the following: -Self motivated and positive team member. -Career orientated with a positive attitude. -Excellent communicator with customers and colleagues. -Organized, punctual, reliable and good problem solving skills. -Good physical health. (some lifting is required, but not much) -Experienced, but your positive attitude is more important than deep knowledge of RV repairs and parts. We know that this is a position where you will have to learn through experience. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -Assist customers in the office and the parts store. Answer phone calls, book appointments and answer BASIC inquiries over the phone. (again - we don't expect you to know it all) -Make shop invoices as directed by technicians. (we use the Sage format of invoicing, it's simple) - Basic knowledge of Sage 50 is an asset, but pretty easy to learn. Basic computer skills. -Order stock (as directed by technicians.
