URGENT - Home Assistant/Caregiver for reduced rent

Mature F. in urgent need of an affordable, quiet place to live, in exchange for helping an individual or couple with household maintenance - some cooking/cleaning/errands/yard work/pet care, as well as organizing, painting, fixing things, etc. Prefer self-contained suite where I am there if someone falls or needs help, but will consider a room in someone's home. I would need an empty bedroom, parking, wifi and some storage space. I have companion caregiver courses - First Aid/CPR/AED, Foodsafe, WHMIS, criminal records check, drivers abstract and have had 3rd Covid booster, flu shot and TB test. As well have experience with Diabetes, types 1 and 2. I am very honest, quiet, reliable and have respect for others and their belongings. Will give more info, references and photo to serious replies.
