Local spring and summer programs for your children

Spring is quickly approaching, which means blossoming flowers, warmer weather, and spring break! From soccer camps to sailing programs, we have gathered a list of programs and resources to ensure a fun and active spring break for your children. These programs offer something for everyone!

Braefoot Community Association

The Braefoot Community Association is proud to have provided spring and summer camps to the community for over 30 years! Every year we are happy to provide more opportunities for children to get active and enjoy their spring and summer at Braefoot. Offering Fun Days, All Sport, Film, Soccer, Road Hockey and more! We collaborate with local partners such as Engineering for Kids, EcoQuest Adventures, the Victoria HarbourCats, and the Victoria Eagles so there is something for everyone!

Falcon Gymnastics SummerSault Camps

Gorge Soccer Association FREE Active Start Spring Program

Date: April 20th – June 22nd (Victoria Day Off)
Time: Mondays from 5:00 PM – 5:45 PM
Location: Hampton Park Turf

Back by popular demand, Gorge’s Free Active Start Spring Program for 3 & 4 Year olds!!

Program details:

  • Program is for 3 & 4 year olds
  • Program is parent participation (you are there to ensure your player is comfortable)
  • The program concentrates on physical literacy (running, jumping, kicking, throwing, coordination) through fun games
  • Requirements: runners (or soccer cleats); water and a smile!

Maximum 100 players registered

This program is FREE however, for communication and insurance purposes we need to collect a bit of information and players must register here.

Gorge Spring Break Soccer Camp U7- U13

Date: March 23 – March 27, 2020
Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: Hampton Turf

Join Gorge Technical Staff and guest coaches at Hampton Park for a week of soccer skills and games. Players will be coached to improve technical skills, compete in games, socialize with peers and examine the game of soccer.

Cleats, shin guards, flat shoes, snacks and a water bottle are required. We will also have access to the field house to escape some weather if needed.

If your child struggles to fully participate in a typical one hour game or training, this soccer camp may not be the right fit. Sessions will be physically demanding with an emphasis on having fun and enjoying soccer.

United Spring League 

United Soccer Spring League registration is open! It has been providing fun for over 20 years in Victoria. The Spring League is about playing soccer….and about Fun! No training….. just playing. Also, enjoy the benefit of playing when the weather is warmer (April – June). For youth aged U5 – U16.

New this season is a more competitive division for boys & girls u11/12/13. Meant for those players (but not restricted to) that come in as part of a team.

Royal Victoria Yacht Club Public Sailing Programs
