Shelter: BC SPCA - Nanaimo & District Branch Animal ID: 557490 Birthdate: November 26, 2015 - Senior Spayed/Neutered: No Female Meet Aira (Air-Uh)! This girl is a high drive working shepherd! She is best suited for a shepherd-savvy home or someone interested in dog sports, a nice fenced yard, and just as much enthusiasm as her! Aira has competed in Schutzhund with her previous guardian and has enjoyed a variety of dog classes and sports. While she is a little older now she still enjoys 'just for fun' sports like nose work or trick training. Aira is best suited for a guardian that wants to continue training and working with her, as this girl is SMART and needs lots of mental and physical enrichment! Aira has lived with cats in the past without issue and could do so again. She has been around children (aged 11 and up) throughout the years and could live with older children given the appropriate match. Aira likes to tip over her water dish and play with it whenever she can get away with it! She will need heavy-duty toys as she likes to chew and play quite a bit!
