$1,200 · Professional attracting a QUIET space to live and work (cottage, garden suite)

Hello new landlords! I am putting this out there to the universe because I am looking for the perfect space for me to live and work. I am a professional musician and currently work from home as a folk singer/songwriter, teacher and a songwriter, producer and consultant for film and television. Music is full time for me and I love what I do! I have over 1000 placements on TV shows and movies and so business is good. I am not your typical musician. I record acoustically so it's not very loud. I am also a teacher so I come with my police check completed. I have a cat. Before you click away, know he is 11, spade and neutered and an indoor. He is clean and I stay on top of his litter. He is a sweet cat, purrs all the time and is as loving as an animal can be. His name is Max. Pics attached. :) I am not married and no kids. Not yet anyway :) FYI I also just had my first Covid shot. For my job I need quiet. So I am looking for a carriage house, garden suite and a separate building without anything above or below me. I come with my own internet line that can be easily transferred or set up. I am also looking for all inclusive. I don't drink or smoke (anything) or do drugs and I am respectful and friendly although I usually keep to myself. I have a great reference from my previous landlord of 3.5 years in Victoria. I am looking for something in or close to the Qualicum Beach area. I live pretty minimally. I am at the point now where I want landlords that are honest and up front about everything. I am the same way. Communication is super important and so is my peace and quiet. A place with some land by the ocean would be perfect and is what I want. A cottage would be nice, so would a pool and a hot tub. I am a boat owner so somewhere near a moorage would be great as well.
