We are a responsible, respectful and quiet family of 5 (with 3 income sources)that come with excellent , rent, work and personal references. We lived in our last home for 3.5 years in Nanoose Bay, however , like so many right now, our landlord sold our home unexpectedly and we had to be out by April 30th. We've been fortunate enough to have found a cottage until June 2 so would really like to find new housing by then. We are in need of a preferably 4 bedroom ( 3 may work depending on bedroom size) ,1.5+ bath long-term house (whole house preferably) that is pet-friendly. We have a well-behaved senior cat (were prepared to put down pet deposit if required). ₩e have been homeowners in the past and have no problem with regular upkeep of the house and yard maintenance (love gardening).
