Professional couple seeking 3+/2+ SFH, flexible location, approx Jan 1

Professional couple moving from Kelowna to Vancouver Island. We sold our home in Kelowna and are looking forward to the pace of life on the island. We both work from home (he is a Business Development Manager, she is a Bookkeeping Associate). It's remote work, so no clients or coworkers at the house. Non-smokers, no pets. Our last home was an acreage, so we enjoy yard maintenance and a quiet neighborhood (boring is better!). We are very gentle on our homes. We were landlords for a while (never again!). We are looking for a 3+ bedroom, 2+ bath single family home in order to have his and hers offices. We would prefer a reasonably updated home. Occupancy for end of December or early January would be ideal, but we are flexible for the right property. Budget is market rates. Happy to do virtual interviews.
