Line Cook (Lead cook position available to grow in to) Be part of a small team whipping up delicious plant-based dishes for breakfast, brunch, and lunch! First and foremost you will be preparing customer orders - to order. You will multitask by prepping, cleaning, doing dishes, as well as help contribute to inventory. Requirements - Experience with line cooking in a busy kitchen (able to move fast on your feet and multi-task) - Basic knowledge in plant based cuisine - Capable of following recipes to complete prep tasks fast, efficiently, and properly - Have a good, positive, respectful, can-do attitude and can handle feedback to improve and grow -Take pride in your work space + work ethic - Have strong listening + communication skills Assets This position would be extra great for you if you: - Are looking for long term employment - Be available to work weekdays + weekends - Are someone who strives to complete all tasks in the most efficient way while maintaining quality - Enjoy the challenge of a good rush + keeping busy - Enjoy being part of a small team, and can work independently without supervision as needed - Have initiative to learn other positions If needed (barista/cash/baking) -Have an up-to-date food safe certificate DETAILS: $19 to start + average of $8-10/hr in tips depending on time of year.
