Immediate Opening - Full-Time Parts Counterperson/Sales Rep.

We are currently accepting resumes for a Full-Time Parts Counterperson/Sales Rep. Parts salespeople/reps are responsible for assisting customers in finding the appropriate parts for their vehicle/unit. The parts sales representative works one-on-one with customers to answer questions and helps to locate parts matching the make and model of their vehicles. In addition, our parts rep is responsible for working directly with our service team so that the appropriate parts are ordered from our key manufacturers for warranty claims. Essential Job Functions: Correctly determining the customer’s needs Investigating parts requirements Inputting orders into the computer Pulling parts from inventory for customers waiting at the counter Referencing appropriate reference books/material to locate required parts Where applicable, contacting manufacturers to determine required parts/materials Inventory control and management Cash/Electronic payments You should be organized and confident in using reference materials including books, online resources, and schematics.
