$450 · Reduced rent in exchange for light duties

We are looking for a roommate who is willing to trade light duties for reduced rent. We need a compassionate live-in person for light companionship services for someone with a mild disability. This would involve mainly just being around, doing some light cleaning and accompanying her on errands as needed during the week. No personal care or lifting required. We have a 10x10 room available. It can be furnished or not, depending on your preference. Kitchen, bath and common areas are shared with 2 other adults. We have lots of garden beds that we are willing to share if you like to grow flowers or veggies. This situation would be ideal for someone who perhaps works from home, is on disability, or is retired. We are looking for someone who is clean, quiet and mature. A mature female is preferred but the right mature male will be considered as well. There are 2 cats and 1 dog living on the premises, so you must love animals. We're currently adhering to COVID social distancing protocols and would expect you to do so as well. No smoking, no heavy drinking, no partying. Must be 420 friendly. The room will be available June 1st or possibly sooner.
