ROOM WANTED IN OR NEAR SAN PARIEL (PARKSVILLE)

I am a well traveled, tidy, respectful, nice, non-smoking gentleman who presently lives here in a home in San Pariel. I have excellent references. I get along well with people of all ages. I love animals, traveling, hiking, nature and the outdoors. In 2019 I returned from a year and half tour of South America which started off with a 24 day retreat in the Peruvian Jungle. I am looking for a room (preferably furnished) in a tidy, peaceful home with friendly, respectable occupants. Specifically I am looking for a room with a window that can open to let in sunlight and fresh air, and enough space for a desk and chair. Outside of my daily outings and enjoying meals, I spend most of my time reading and writing on my computer. I also look forward to socializing with the members of the household when the occasion arises as I can be a very sociable, likeable person with lots of stories to share about travel and other interests. House chores are no problem. Your living space will feel like you own with minimal presence of myself. For this I will gratefully offer $700.00 per month.
