$45,000 · Need cash, have an offshore sailboat?

I have been saving for a long time to buy my dream offshore sailing boat, I have 45k and desire a 40 to 50ft sailing yacht. I understand 45k does not get you much when looking for a boat this size but on the off chance there there is someone out there who has a boat and needs the cash right now due to job loss/etc, Maybe we can help each other out.
