Looking for quiet, responsible, and reliable professionals (preferably 2 people) for a 2 bedroom suite in a quiet neighbourhood in South Nanaimo. VIU, QF, Shoppers Drug Mart are less than 5 minutes away by car. The suite has a separate ground level entry and it includes all major appliances (refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, in-suite washer & dryer). Tenants are responsible for their own BC Hydro (separate metre) and the Internet. User rate bill (garbage and sewer) from the City of Nanaimo will be split 50/50 between myself and the tenant(s). No party, no smoking (including vaping), and no drugs (including Marijuana), and no pets. If you don’t have a pet now; however, you are planning on having one later then it’s not going to work.
