Range extended EV. This is not a regular hybrid. It runs full EV until the magic runs out and then automatically switches to gasoline. This is a gateway car. After this, your next car will be a full EV. It happened to me :) Get the experience of owning an EV without the range anxiety. Excellent for road trips! The car charges on a regular outlet at home in about 8 hrs while you sleep, 4 hours on level 2 charger. I get about 70kms of electric range in the summer and about 50km range in the winter. Add onto that about 450km of additional range with a tank of gas if needed and this car can go far when you need but cheap to run for most of your driving. I've commuted for 3 and a half years on 271L of gasoline but we easily drove to Revelstoke and back this spring and no problems other than gas prices. This is the most comfy car I've ever owned. Premier trim level with leather heated seats, remote start, nav, Bose audio, bluetooth, Aux/USB, Satellite radio, steering wheel controls, backup camera, lane keeping, parking sensors, fog lights, heated mirrors, 2 key fobs, rubber floor mats, Volt screen on the front.
