$995 · Deluxe Waterfront Mini Kitchenette for January 7 Inn of the Sea Resort

I have a Deluxe Waterfront mini kitchenette available at Inn of the Sea Resort, from January 7th through to end of May 2019. This adorable little suite off the second floor landing is a corner unit with a large kitchen window and a gorgeous ocean view visible right from the kitchenette through sliding glass doors that open to your private balcony. It is nicely appointed, fully furnished with a cozy queen bed plus TV, Fireplace, book shelf, dresser and bedside tables. The kitchenette has 2 stools, a 2 burner stove, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, and all dishes needed for your stay. The bathroom is a full with tub shower combo, sink and toilet. There is also seating on the landing deck that is for the folks staying in the mini suite. There are 2 closet areas, and small pantries for use in suite. The hot tub is open all year and closes at dusk, plus the tennis courts are available on sunny days. We have 3.5 acres to walk on, and a fire pit for beach fires. The rent is $995 per month with a utility charge monthly of $75 plus an end of stay cleaning fee of $75. I will require a damage deposit of 50% of rental amount at time of booking. If you have a small lap dog, or cat, I am willing to discuss this with you regarding renting with pets. There would be a pet deposit also required.
