WANTED: 2 small families to rent house suites, duplex or townhome

Wanted: 2 families, looking to rent a house with 2 suites; or a duplex side by side, or townhome. We are 1) single Mother (also a teacher) with 3 children, and 2)married couple with 1 child. So 3 bedrooms in each suite would be ideal. Also would like a little yard. Very good income and financial stability for both families. We are both very very clean and responsible, no pets, no smoking, no drugs. Very healthy, and follow the rules. Looking for long term rental.
