Chemainus Gardens has one (spot #9) year-round, long-term living, 30-amp, all services, RV or tiny home pad (maximum length of 33') for rent. This is not storage; it is a legal place to live year-round. Rent includes the pad, water, sewer, electricity, household garbage, and recycling bins. Our park is 34 acres with walking paths, 3 ponds, and great people. Pets are welcome, and we have an off-leash dog park for them to enjoy. Cats must be kept indoors unless on a leash. Enjoy being a part of a real community, whether meeting others at the fire pit or joining the ladies who gather at The Little Room to work on crafts. How much or how little time you spend with others is entirely up to you. Must be 21 years of age or older. Spaces don't often come up, so this won't last long.
