$925 · All-Year Long-Term Living Full Hook- Ups RV Rental Pad

We two legal, year-round, long-term living, RV or tiny home pads for rent. This is NOT storage; these are legal places to live year-round. Rent includes the pad, water, sewer, electricity, household garbage, and recycling bins. It does not include internet or cable. Rent is $925 + GST/month. Spot 3 can accommodate a maximum length of 33' and has 30-amp service. Spot 4 can accommodate a maximum length of 35 and has 50-amp service. Our park is 34 acres with walking paths, 3 ponds, and great people. A maximum of 2 well-behaved pets are welcome, and we have an off-leash dog park for them to enjoy. Cats must be kept indoors unless on a leash. Enjoy being part of a real community, whether meeting others at the firepit or joining in with those who gather at the Little Room. How much or how little time you spend with others is entirely up to you. Must be 21 years of age or older. For an additional fee, we have one heated self-storage unit. We also have a couple of spots in our yard storage for trailers, recreational vehicles, or a container right in the park, making it super convenient.
