Just serviced! Up for sale is a mid to early? 2000 Honda 4 stroke boat motor with electric start. Recently serviced this is a gem of a motor and runs flawlessly. This is a short shaft model and was always flushed after it hit salt water. The cowling is loose as it is a replacement for the 15 hp that should be there (the previous owner changed the cowling so he could "pass" it off as a 9.9 hp so he didn't have to get a boating license.) The inside is clean, Honestly this motor starts up on the first pull every time and also has the convenience and ease of an electric start if preferred!
