We are looking to rent our ground level, 1 bedroom suite in a very quiet central Nanaimo neighbourhood near the Hospital. Our suite comes with fridge/stove and its own washer/dryer. Rent includes, off street parking and a private entrance and Wifi. Hydro will be split 1/3. We are looking for non-smokers, non-partiers, pets could be considered. We will be interviewing and showing our suite from now till the end of January in hopes to rent for February 1st and invite any interested people to reply to this email and tell us a little about yourselves.
