This unit is directly across from the hospital and walking distance to Country Grocer, Timmies, Drug stores, multiple bus stops. This place is a steal, however it is ONLY until September 2020. Building management does allow one pet under 10 lbs with deposit. References required. $904 rent includes hydro and internet. Looking for one occupant only.
