$9,000 · 30ft, travel trailer for cash/trade AWESOME CHEAP LIVE IN

We have a 2007 Keystone Cougar travel trailer, listed as 30ft, (but actually 31-9"body) We bought last year as we were hit with the crazy idea of moving into a "tiny home" type situation and saving money . We lived in it without issue for several months before we had to move for work. Loved it , and saved a crapload of money. My wife went on a reno/painting ing us living in it (don't ever suggest that LOL) so its been extensively changed and not totally complete (reflected in price) Upgraded all faucets etc, did some renos to bathroom shower, totally painted throughout, we gutted the rear "bunk" and "wardrobe" area and basically turned it into a kinda his/hers clothes area, storage area , made it much more "liveable" most of changes we made were basically as I said previous to make it more "liveable" and "functional" we removed the banquette and put in bistro table, removed small loveseat couch and replaced with two lazy boys few minor things need to be completed we were ready to put down peel and stick flooring thru out but as I said had to move away from the area for work. Its dry, tows like a dream as its had minimal use from day 1, two HUGE slideouts lots of windows . Looks like a newer model and is huge lol, weekend of easily done labour, value about 10-12K .
