BCSPCA Nanaimo Spring Break Camps!

BCSPCA Spring Break camp registration is officially open! This year we are taking it up a notch and offering TWO types of camps at our Nanaimo location! Registration and more camp details can be found online at www.spca.bc.ca/kidsevents Check out the options below: Spring Break Camp #1 (March 16th - 20th). This camp is for youth born in 2008-2011 and runs Mon - Fri with a different animal theme each day! Kids learn about animals and welfare issues through fun games, activities, crafts, guest speakers, and time with the animals! Camp runs from 9:30 - 3:30 (drop off is from 9-9:30 and pick up is from 3:30-4). This camp is $225 for the week (or just $200 if you register by Feb 21st to receive our EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT OF $25 OFF) Spring Break Camp #2 (March 23rd - 25th) BCSPCA Career Prep Workshop! This camp is for youth born in 2004-2007 and runs Mon - Wed from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. This camp is geared towards youth who are interested in possibly working at the BCSPCA one day! Participants will learn about caring for the shelter animals (and their own) through games, crafts, activities, guest speakers, and time with the shelter animals. They will also be directly involved in assisting with adoption plans for the animals. This camp is $125 (or just $100 if you register by Feb 21st to receive our EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT OF $25 OFF!)
